Reasons for continuing online food orders after COVID-19 Thailand 2021

According to a survey on food services and cloud kitchens conducted by Rakuten Insight in Thailand in August 2021, around 80 percent of respondents stated that they would continue to order food online after lifting the COVID-19 restrictions because it was convenient. In comparison, around 15 percent of respondents stated that they would continue to order because they had a good experience with the quality of food.
