Rail freight revenue in Argentina 2010-2020
In 2020, rail freight generated some 17.3 billion Argentine pesos in revenue, a year-over-year rise of 30 percent. This was the highest revenue reported by the industry during the period recorded. That same year, around 10.3 billion tonne-kilometers were hauled across the country, which was a decrease in volume compared to 2019.
