The 2021 Czech parliamentary elections were held on 8 and 9 October 2021. All 200 members of the Chamber of Deputies were elected. The two leading political subjects (SPOLU and ANO) received a similar number of votes (27 percent). SPOLU and PirStan together have the majority in the Chamber of Deputies and have agreed to form a coalition government. Traditional left-wing parties ČSSD and KSČM failed to reach the five percent threshold to win seats in the Chamber of Deputies for the first time since 1993.
