When asked about their delivery expectations for online purchases across various categories, nearly two-thirds of global shoppers anticipated receiving their items within 24 hours, with four in ten expecting delivery in under two hours. Additionally, about one-third of respondents expressed a desire for healthcare and pharmaceutical, alcohol, and financial products to be delivered within two hours, while half of the consumers expected these items within 24 hours.

The study was conducted in the following 18 countries: the United Kingdom, United States, France, Spain, China, Japan, Australia, Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Colombia, India, Poland, United Arab Emirates, Netherlands, Germany, South Africa, and Thailand.
