The majority of surveyed Hungarian decision-makers in B2C companies agreed that it always must be transparent to users that they are communicating with a chatbot, not a real person. The results of the survey conducted in 2021 also shed light on nearly 60% of the respondents' expectations concerning chatbots replacing employees in the future.
