Changes considered by prospective home buyers in home buying process in the U.S. 2021

The majority of prospective homebuyers in the United States were not considering changes to their home buying process in 2021. However, 25 percent of respondents revealed that they would focus on online viewings and pictures to choose their homes. Other homebuyers considered attending viewings in person regardless of the risk it posed during a pandemic and relying on real estate agents to find the right homes to purchase.
