U.S. adults who have a favorable opinion of Meta 2021, by gender

An online survey conducted in the United States in November 2021 found that 25 percent of male respondents and 14 percent of female respondents had a very unfavorable opinion of Meta. Overall, 6 percent of men and 4 percent of women said that they had a very favorable opinion of the recently remodeled social media platform. In late October, Facebook restructured and rebranded itself as Meta while announcing a strategic shift towards the metaverse, a virtual reality project.
