In June 2021, over 70 percent of Ukrainians owning a Telegram account used it as a messenger. Furthermore, nearly one half of the survey participants used it to follow other Telegram channels.
The survey was conducted in 24 regions of Ukraine, and Kyiv, excluding the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Sevastopol, uncontrolled territories of Donetsk, and Lugansk regions.
