When residents of Belgium were asked in a survey what they were concerned about with respect to elections in Europe, 66 percent of those replied said they were concerned about elections being manipulated through cyberattacks and 65 percent replied foreign actors and criminal groups influencing elections covertly. Notably, all of the concerns put forth received a majority of the votes, apart from people voting that are not entitled to vote, being chosen by 44 percent of people.
