As of 2021, Nigeria was the leading destination of tourists from Ghana. The United States and Togo followed with shares of 11 percent and 10 percent, respectively. Moreover, Ghanaians traveling to the Côte D'Ivoire represented eight percent of the outbound tourists in the said year.
