When decision-makers at SMEs in Belgium were asked what brarriers to digitalisation were present within their enterprise, the most chosen barrier was regulatory obstacles, chosen by 27 percent of those asked.The least chosen options was lack of information technology infrastructure with 15 percent. The most chosen for answer with 29 percent, however, was none of the above, indicating that the options given did not pose any barriers to their enterprises.
