When decision-makers in Dutch SMEs were asked what actions related to environmental and social sustainability their enterprise is taking as of 2020, 80 percent responded that they are improving the working conditions of their employees. A further 69 percent also said that they are promoting and improving diversity and equality in the workplace. The least common option presented was developing sustainable products or services.
