According to a 2021 survey, 31 percent of millennial shoppers in Germany were more likely to visit an apparel store if it offered click-and-collect and returns services. Gen Z consumers showed the second-highest interest in this purchase option, with nearly a quarter of respondents. Meanwhile, boomers were more prone to visit an apparel store offering free click-and-collect than Gen X respondents.
