The study showed that this industry suffered heavily from the impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, with revenue decreasing by 58.4 percent in 2020 over the previous year. Despite this setback, this industry's revenue was estimated to bounce back during the following years, rising by 30.4 percent in 2021 and by 36 percent in 2022.
