Main channels B2B buyers used to search for item in the U.S. 2021
In the United States, one in two B2B buyers would search for items on Amazon Business before the actual purchase, a survey from 2021 revealed. While another 39 percent stated they went to the vendor's store or warehouse, 37 percent of B2B professionals preferred browsing online marketplaces. Lastly, contact with sales representatives preceded the purchase transaction in 21 percent of cases.
