In October 2021, 36 percent of the people who voted for Marine Le Pen in 2017 and who belong to higher socio-professional categories reported that they intended to vote for Eric Zemmour, a far-right polemicist, in the presidential elections of April 2022. Across all socio-professional categories, this proportion stood at 28 percent.
According to the poll, the main reason for the decision of Eric Zemmour's potential voters was that they shared his assessment of the situation in France.
