United States: IT modernization challenges 2021
In 2021, 40 percent of respondents from the United States indicated that security and data privacy deficiencies are an IT modernization challenges. Notably, many challenges are not external. Rather, internal issues including shadow IT or competing internal priorities need resolving to modernize companies' IT departments and infrastructure.
