Most important factors in buying luxury goods in mainland China among consumers 2021
According to the results of a survey about luxury consumption in China in 2021, around 56 percent of Chinese respondents said service was the most critical decision-making factor when they shopped for luxury goods in mainland China. Meanwhile, half of the respondents named product selection an important factor in buying luxury goods in mainland China.
