Leading reasons for consumers to shop in livestreams in the U.S. 2021
During a 2021 survey, almost 40 percent of respondents in the United States said they purchased in livestreams because of great deals. Meanwhile, 38.2 percent said their main reason for using livestream for shopping was to discover new products, while 36.6 percent did so to learn more about new products. In addition, 30.7 percent of U.S. shoppers reported using this channel because of the exciting shopping experience.
