Factors in choosing an investment region in Russia 2021

Nearly one half of surveyed foreign companies operating in Russia reported that the availability of skilled personnel was important to them while choosing an investment region in the country in 2021. The second most commonly named factor was the ease of communication with regional authorities, followed by the proximity to large sales markets.
