All major online jewelry retailers in Russia had social media accounts on Instagram and Vkontakte, as observed between the second half of 2020 and the first half of 2021. Most of jewelry e-stores also had an account on Facebook.

Sector statistics are provided for 16 jewelry and watch stores, including 14 online stores that are among top-1000 largest Russian online stores in terms of online orders, and the 2 largest universal marketplaces - Wildberries.ru and Ozon.ru.
Only sales of jewelry and watches of Russian retailers in Russia were taken into consideration, excluding export sales.
