According to a survey among two thousand Chinese consumers in October 2021, the majority of respondents from first-tier cities said the exclusive discounts and gifts were the leading attribute that attracted them to use live commerce. Meanwhile, around 41 percent of respondents from tier-2 cities said they use live streaming commerce to explore new local products.
