Cricket is the national sport of India, so it comes as no surprise that respondents from the cricket-crazy nation were interested in one of the sport's biggest events, the T20 World Cup. In a November 2021 survey, around 70 percent of Indian respondents stated that they were somewhat or very interested in the World Cup, while this figure fell to 16 percent of respondents in Great Britain.
