Leading app categories in Ireland Q3 2020, by reach

According to a survey of internet users in Ireland, the mobile app category with the highest reach for internet users in the country was chat apps, with roughly 93 percent of respondents using mobile OTT instant messaging services. Social networking apps also reported a similarly high reach, with 92 percent of internet users in the country using this app category. Entertainment apps reached about 79 percent of the digital population in Ireland during the examined period.
