Brazil: usage frequency of leading app and mobile activities 2020
According to a survey of smartphone users in Brazil conducted between November and December 2020, 29 percent of respondents reported using social media like Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram on a daily basis. By comparison, 31 percent of respondents reported doing so less often then once every six months. Mobile video consumption was also a popular activity for smartphone users in Brazil, with 23 percent of respondents reporting watching video clips, TV, or films on their mobile devices daily or more often in the examined period.
