Brazil: leading app and mobile activities 2020, by income

According to a survey of smartphone users in Brazil conducted between November and December 2020, high-income users were generally more engaged in using their mobile devices for all the examined activities. In the examined period, 90 percent of the surveyed smartphone users from high-income households reported playing mobile games, while only 64 percent of users from low-income household reported doing the same. The share of respondents from high-income households reporting booking food deliveries on their mobile devices was 61 percent. By comparison, only 27 percent of users from low-income households reported doing so in the examined period.
