Brazil: leading app and mobile activities 2020, by gender
According to a survey of smartphone users in Brazil conducted between November and December 2020, slightly more female users played a game on their mobile devices in Brazil in the examined period. In fact, 80 percent of the surveyed female users reported playing on their phones, while male users doing so were 72 percent. Female users were also more active in engaging with sports and mHealth applications on mobile, with 28 percent of the surveyed female users reporting using a medical or fitness service or app.
