During a 2021 survey carried out among consumers from the United States, 31 percent of respondents stated that brands could create educational content about their products to convince them to buy from them over a competitor. Nearly 50 percent of interviewed consumers said that responding to customer service questions in a timely manner would influence their purchase decision.
