In a survey on shopping behavior in Indonesia conducted by Rakuten Insight, 63 percent of female respondents and 58 percent of male respondents stated that they now preferred to shop both online and offline due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The trend began before the COVID-19 pandemic and has continued since then.
