According to a survey on retail shopping behavior conducted by Rakuten Insight in June 2021 in Taiwan, 90 percent of respondents would go offline shopping as often as they used to after COVID-19 restrictions were lifted. Meanwhile, only 10 percent of participants stated that they would not visit physical stores as frequently even after the restrictions.
