According to a survey on social commerce in the Philippines between the first quarter and second quarter of 2021, 73 percent of respondents said that they would continue shopping on social media despite experiencing fraud. In contrast, around 15 percent of shoppers stated that fraudulent activities will influence or had influenced them to stop shopping on social media.
