According to a survey on social commerce in the Philippines between the first quarter and second quarter of 2021, around 54 percent of respondents were not satisfied with expensive shipping options while shopping on social media. Similarly, around 51 percent of respondents stated that they were dissatisfied due to the lack of return/exchange policy provided by sellers on social media.
