Likelihood to go offline shopping post COVID-19 restrictions Malaysia 2021, by age

In a survey on shopping behavior in Malaysia conducted by Rakuten Insight, 59 percent of respondents aged 25 to 44 years stated that they would go offline shopping as often as they used to after COVID-19 restrictions were lifted. Meanwhile, 41 percent of respondents from the same age group would not visit physical stores as frequently even after the restrictions were lifted.
