In a survey on shopping behavior in Singapore conducted by Rakuten Insight, 30 percent of the respondents aged 16 to 24 years stated that they were shopping for non-grocery items several times a month in physical stores. Meanwhile, five percent of respondents from the same age group stated they went offline shopping several times a week.

1,269 respondents aged 25 to 34 years

785 respondents aged 45 to 54 years
