In a survey on shopping behavior in Singapore conducted by Rakuten Insight, 56 percent of female and 62 percent of male respondents stated that they would go offline shopping as often as they used to after COVID-19 restrictions were lifted. The survey revealed that a majority of surveyed respondents will resume in-store shopping.
