In a survey on shopping behavior in Malaysia conducted by Rakuten Insight, 37 percent of female respondents stated that they preferred to go shopping in a physical store whenever they had the free time to do so. On the other hand, 14 percent of male respondents said that they would prefer to go shopping whenever they were free.
