According to a survey on retail shopping conducted by Rakuten Insight in June 2021, approximately 60 percent of Thai respondents stated that the COVID-19 pandemic has changed their preferred time to go shopping. The same survey revealed that the majority of the respondents in the country preferred to shop in the evening.
