Preferred non-grocery retail channels before COVID-19 China 2021, by gender
Rakuten Insight in June 2021 in China, the majority of both male and female shoppers preferred a mix of online and offline retail shopping before the COVID-19 pandemic. During the survey, respectively 57 and 62 percent of the male and female respondents reported that they opted for a mix of both retail channels when shopping for non-grocery items such as fashion and electronics.
