According to a study conducted in 2020, 94 percent of Sudan's working population taking part in the survey was already working abroad or willing to move abroad for work. The share was high also in Tunisia and Nigeria - each at 92 percent. In South Africa, less than 60 percent of the respondents was working abroad or willing to move to a foreign country for employment purposes.
