According to a survey on retail shopping behavior conducted by Rakuten Insight in June 2021, approximately 28 percent of Thai female respondents shopped for non-grocery items in physical stores once a week. Meanwhile, around 24 percent of the male participants in the country stated that they went shopping for such items several times a week.
