According to a survey on retail shopping conducted by Rakuten Insight in June 2021 in India, 27 percent respondents between the age of 25 and 34 years preferred to shop for non-grocery items by going to physical store once a week. Whereas, five percent respondents between the age of 16 and 24 years stated that they shop for non-grocery items several times a year.
