In a survey on shopping behavior in Singapore conducted by Rakuten Insight, more than a quarter of the respondents stated that they were shopping for non-grocery items several times a month in physical stores. By comparison, 20 percent of female respondents and 15 percent of male respondents stated they went offline shopping only when necessary.
