According to a survey on personal finance conducted during the fourth quarter of 2023 in the Philippines, 46 percent of respondents with outstanding bills or loan payments stated that they planned on paying partial amount. In comparison, 38 percent of respondents reported that they planned on borrowing money from friends or family in order to make a bill or loan payment.
