Delivery speed and shipping cost influence on purchase 2021, by country or region

During a survey conducted in July and August 2021, more than half of global shoppers said that speed of delivery influenced their purchase decision. In contrast, 38 percent said free/discounted shipping was a consideration when making a purchase. In the United States, these factors were relevant to purchase for more than nine out of ten buyers.
