In a survey on shopping behavior in Singapore conducted by Rakuten Insight, 35 percent of respondents stated that they would not go shopping offline as often to avoid crowds for fear of COVID infection. Meanwhile, 20 percent of respondents preferred the convenience of online shopping over visiting physical stores.
