In a survey on shopping behavior in Singapore conducted by Rakuten Insight, 59 percent of respondents stated that they would go offline shopping as often as they used to after COVID-19 restrictions were lifted. Meanwhile, 41 percent of respondents would not visit physical stores as frequently even after the restrictions.
