In a survey on shopping behavior in Singapore conducted by Rakuten Insight, 34 percent of respondents stated that they now spent less per purchase from a physical store and shopped less often than before the COVID-19 pandemic. Meanwhile, 17 percent of them stated that they shopped less frequently but spent more each time they went offline shopping.
