Nearly eight in every 10 consumers in Nigeria would pay more for milk of higher quality, according to a survey conducted in 2018. Similarly, more than 70 percent of respondents in Kenya, and Ethiopia reported they would be willing to pay for premium milk. On the other hand, only 20 percent of consumers in Egypt reported the same preference.
