Delivery options expected from small retail businesses in Europe 2021
When shopping from small retailers, 50 percent of European online consumers would like to receive environmental-friendly packaging. Another 32 percent of surveyed consumers believed delivery at collection points or lockers to be a sustainable option they wished small retailers would offer.
