Delivery options expected from large retail businesses in Europe 2021
When shopping from large retailers, 54 percent of European online consumers expected packaging to be environmental-friendly, a survey showed. Another 48 percent of surveyed consumers believed the delivery should somehow offset the carbon footprint, while 47 percent of respondents preferred delivery carried by electric or low emission vehicles
